Implementation of trading system for trade with the Swedish food retail industry..

General 
During first half of 2006 VFM delivered solutions to BK PAC for managing orders from customers. BK PAC is a supplier in VFM’s I-Deal Portal and approximately 15-20% of their orders are going through the system. BK PAC continued with integration to their ERP system and the result is a complete solution. VFM hosts and take responsibility for the security of the total solution .


Result
BK PAC has saved a lot of time in the order process. The customers can order when it suits them and hence avoid being stuck in telephone queues. It has also resulted in handling of more customers with existing staff. The order information is transferred directly to the ERP system and in addition to time savings the quality of the information has been significantly improved.

They also have a tool that enables them to more efficient reach the customer and the decision maker with new product releases etc.
 

Short about the custumer
BK PAC was founded 1974 primarily supplying plastic bags. During the years the company has gone through a massive development and today supplies a complete range of packaging solutions, primarily to the food industry. 


BK PAC is a privately owned company without links to any producers. The company has a turnover of SEK 95 million with 20 employees.
